Description

Favaretto&Partners is an Italian design studio with an international outlook, active in the development of complex products, industrial design, strategic consultancy, and creative direction. The studio’s philosophy is grounded in responsibility for results: designing for industry means combining vision, rigor, and pragmatism, transforming ideas into solid, coherent, and competitive products, built from function, process, and market.

Paolo Favaretto, born in Padua in 1950 and an architect graduated from Iuav University of Venice, founded the studio in 1973. From the very beginning, he developed an approach based on continuous collaboration with companies, where each project originates from a shared analysis of production, technical, and market requirements. The studio’s activity prioritizes process innovation, materials, and durable product typologies, with attention to emerging technologies and design for all. Over the years, Paolo Favaretto has developed significant projects in Italy and abroad, particularly in office furniture, receiving numerous awards and recognitions that attest to the strength of professional relationships and the consistency of the products.

In 2009, Francesco Favaretto, born in Padua in 1983 and graduated in design from Iuav University of Venice, joined the studio, assuming its leadership in 2012. Having grown up within his father’s studio, he learned the foundations of the profession and internalized a method based on collaboration with companies, deep knowledge of production processes, and practical design development. His path fits within the tradition of Italian design, where excellence arises from close dialogue between designer and entrepreneur, and where innovation and research are measured against the real market. Francesco has expanded the studio’s approach by integrating strategy, creative direction, and international positioning, while maintaining continuity in its principles of precision, functionality, and attention to the end user.

Favaretto&Partners operates mainly in international markets, while maintaining strong ties to Italian tradition. The studio supports companies in product design, supplier selection, material choices, and creative direction, transforming industrial design into an integrated and reliable process, where each solution emerges from constant dialogue with the company and respect for specific expertise. The combination of continuity, experience, and attention to technological and cultural innovation defines the studio’s approach to industrial design.
