Cathedral Bronze Silvered Glass, part of Nathan Allan’s exclusive Freeform Series, is exciting, new, and the first “texture less” kiln formed glass in our industry. Designed for architects and interior designers who prefer a structured linear glass pattern for their projects. Our Cathedral Bronze Silvered texture has 1.5” (38mm) wide, protruding Convex shaped flutes. The protruding pattern creates a 3D surface effect. Illuminating this 3D effect is the Silvered (Mirror) finish applied to the back surface. The Silvered finish reflects light and highlights the Cathedral Bronze Silvered texture to another level. Ideal for all cladding applications where the glass can be pressed against another wall surface, to hide or block the surface. Ideal applications for our Cathedral Bronze Silvered glass are back walls of hotel registration areas or entrance lobbies, and bar cabinet fronts. Also, apply our Silvered glass to make a simple column become bold and vibrant.

Cathedral Bronze Silvered Architectural Cast Glass

Cathedral Bronze Silvered Architectural Cast Glass is part of Nathan Allan’s very exclusive Freeform Series. This glass design is unique and one of a kind. Designed perfectly for all cladding applications, where the glass is pressed against another surface and only viewed from the front. An opaque silvered finish is applied to the back surface of the glass, with a protective coating applied over the silver finish. This combination of a silvered finish and protective coating blocks the view of the back wall surface. It also allows the glass to be adhered to the back wall surface with special Nathan Allan adhesives.

The silver finish enhances the deep Cathedral texture and reflects any light transmitting through the glass. This reflective effect enlightens the Cathedral pattern, creating a bold, shimmering appearance. The individual flutes of our Cathedral Bronze Silvered glass are magnified by the silver finish, showing off how 3-Dimensional this glass design really is.

The video to the right demonstrates the spectacular effect created by the silver finish. As the glass rotates in the video, you will also view the back surface of the glass. The back surface shows a dark protective coating. We have intentionally displayed the protective coating to show that it is not designed to be viewed. Therefore, this is why our Cathedral Bronze Silvered glass is designed only for cladding applications.

Some popular applications for our Cathedral Bronze Silvered Glass are the front face of a cabinet or registration desk. Bar fronts, elevator cabs, elevator lobbies, and kitchen cabinet doors are also very suitable applications. One of the most effective applications is to use our Silvered Glass as feature walls, often installed behind hotel or restaurant registration desks and on back bar walls.
